We are part of the City of Richmond’s Arts, Culture and Heritage Services within the Parks, Recreation and Culture Division.
Our team consists of Community Cultural Development, Richmond Public Art, Richmond Art Gallery and Arts Programs at the Richmond Cultural Centre.
